The fruits and veggies are usually from local farmers.
We can make doughnutchu with lots of veggies since
we also develop our products with the farmers.
We use eggies from hens that are carefully raised by farmers
who are dedicated to everything from the chickens’ diet to the
quality of their water.
For making our doughnutchu, we use clear underflow water
from Mt. Hakusan and other fresh sources.
Because they are for kids, no preservatives are added.
We want to keep them healthy,
so we try not to use things that are unnecessary.
This is our Ufufu doughnutchu store/workshop in Kanazawa.
Moms are making sooo many doughnutchu here every day.
They are putting ‘chu’ into doughnutchu
today to deliver lots of doughnutchu to all over the country.
