The origin of the word ‘Ufufu’ comes
from the warm sound of a mother’s love.
Let’s make this company a place where moms can work
with the ‘Ufufu’ feeling while thinking about their kids.
Let’s create a workplace where moms can share their ideas
and enjoy working together.
This is how we created our company, ‘Ufufu Corporation’.
Thanks to your support, our moms can feel ‘Ufufu’ in their hearts.

Ufufu’s mission,
vison and value

UFUFU’S MISSIONママがウフフでセカイもウフフ

Our goal is not so large to try to change the world, but we might be
able to make it a little better. By ‘our’, I mean moms. I mean women
who are walking through life with their kids. We feel that it is difficult
for moms to live freely in today’s world. We wish moms could work
more freely. We wish moms could do more of what they want to do.
We wish that moms could express their hidden passions and their love
through their work. This is what Ufufu Co. is working for. Our goal is to
create an environment where working moms can smile with ‘Ufufu’.
We want to be a company that supports moms.

UFUFU’S VISION事業内容、おママごと。

The donut ‘Ufufu doughnutchu’ was born from the idea of “handmade
snacks that moms want their kids to eat”. In other words, it is a
business that gives shape to what moms want to do. The Ufufu store
and workshop were created because there were moms who raised their
hands to say, “I want to do this!” All our business activities are
motivated by what moms want to do, or ‘Omamagoto’ in Japanese.
‘Omamagoto’ also means ‘playing house’. Our donut brand ‘Ufufu
doughnutchu’, Our coffee brand ‘Ufufu KŌCHĪ ’, and our handmade
clothing brand ‘GOOCHU’ are all brands that are the result of our
‘omamagoto’. All of these are ways that moms can express what they
want and want to do. We will grow into a company that can contribute
more to the lives of moms by generating profits and creating
employment through ‘omamagoto’.

UFUFU’S VALUE

ママのチカラを信じてる。

The moms of the world have hidden talents, abilities and inspirations.
The true power of moms has yet to be harnessed. By creating an
environment and opportunity for each one of us to play an active role
in something they are passionate about, moms can contribute more to
society, and can better enjoy their lives. Ufufu is a company that
supports moms. Economic rationality is important, but the most
important thing is to believe in the power of moms. Our message to
our working moms is and always will be, ‘We believe in your power’.
That is our ideal and goal.

Ufufu Projects
that moms created

Doughnutchu
Donation Project
for kids in orphanages

When the company was founded, we could not bring ourselves to throw the leftover donuts that we could not sell, and when we thought of places that would take them, the first place that came to mind was a children’s home. Seeing cheerful and energetic kids enjoying the donuts cheered us up, and we have been donating donuts regularly ever since.

We focus on
local ingredients,
Local Farmer
Support Project

We transform the fruits and vegetables carefully grown by farmers into doughnutchu, which are eaten by many kids across the country. At Ufufu doughnutchu, we actively purchase vegetables that are not up to supermarket standard. It is a waste to have them thrown away just because they are misshapen. We make vegetable doughnutchu with lots of love and then kids will eat lots of vegetables. In this way we show our enduring appreciation to our local farmers.

Nothing goes to waste!
Zero Food Loss Project

It would be such a shame to throw away the treats that we have lovingly made, and the vegetables that our local farmers have worked so hard to grow, just because they are misshapen. With the concept of waste reduction in mind, the ‘Zero Food Loss Project’ was started.

Putting mom’s
‘passions’ into work,
Handmade Goods ‘GOOCHU’

With the goal of raising the value at the goods and products that our moms lovingly make, we created the brand ‘GOOCHU’. With the brand name to back the products up and the increased exposure from selling them in our stores, more and more women can turn their ‘passions’ into a career.

Nippon Foundation
‘The Sea and Japan Project’
Ufufu doughnutchu
Salt Sammai: Salt for days!

A product was created in collaboration with ‘The Sea and Japan Project’ by the Nippon Foundation. The cute original box was designed by a mom to convey the messages of “Don’t dump garbage into the sea” and “Let’s clean the ocean”. Inside are Noto salt donuts made with salt from the beautiful sea of Noto in Ishikawa Prefecture.

Coffee that both moms
and their kids can enjoy
Ufufu KŌCHĪ

‘Ufufu KŌCHĪ ’ is an organic coffee brand that moms and their kids can drink together, and caffeine was removed by not using any chemicals. We developed our product with a coffee roastery in Karuizawa because we wanted to make coffee for moms who are craving for coffee but pregnant or breastfeeding. Kids can also drink it with lots of milk, and it became a really popular product.
